Co-Founder

Before Castor Key, Greg was an investor at Carlyle from 2017 to 2025, focused on software and services businesses. He executed platform acquisitions, add-on investments and exits, with responsibilities across eight portfolio companies. Prior to joining Carlyle, Greg worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in M&A advisory.

Greg received an MBA from Stanford University and a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Andrew Aicher

Co-Founder

Before Castor Key, Andrew was the COO & CFO at Fair Harbor Clothing PBC, a men's lifestyle apparel brand. He oversaw growth from $2m to $40m+ in annual sales and from 4 employees to 30. Prior to joining Fair Harbor, Andrew worked in business operations at a fitness tech platform called Aaptiv, and at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in M&A advisory.

Andrew received a BA in Mathematical Economics from Colgate University.
